Delivery Couriers

We are recruiting Delivery Couriers to join our team!

The Delivery Courier's duties are to pick up and deliver:

• Food and other items from establishments to end customers in residential homes and offices
• Making use of platforms of clients of the company (WOLT/BOLT)

Other responsibilities :

• Ensures that items are delivered in a timely and presentable manner
• Handles cash and gives out accurate change
• Follows Maltese road laws and regulations
• Greets customers and patrons 
• Maintains a high standard of customer service
• Travels by bicycle or motorcycle

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Communicating — Communicating effectively orally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience, expressing or exchanging ideas by verbal communication.
• Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.

Requirements:

• Resident of Malta
• Authorised to work in Malta
• Driving license Categories A1, A2, A, B1, B and BE 
• Can communicate in English 
• Literate and can count
• Able to use GPS
